We came to the estuary bistro on the last night of our honeymoon, as we wanted somewhere special to finish our week in the Lake District. The estuary bistro came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint! We were greeted by very friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome on entering. We were seated promptly and given information regarding the specials available that day. The waiting staff had noticed that our table was slightly wobbly and came and sorted it out swiftly without us saying anything which was a nice touch. We had ordered drinks and food which were all delivered quickly, the food was nicely presented and tasted fantastic! (Pork belly is a must!) again the waiting staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the evening tending to every need with a smile. I would highly recommend coming to the estuary bistro as you’ll definitely find it a pleasurable experience

Huge thumbs up from us, everything was super tasty, beautifully presented and well portioned. A lovely little restaurant with great food, drinks and service. Just needed a slice of bread to mop up that amazing sauce!

There was nine of us. The food and service from the staff was excellent. It's a little gem highly recommended it
